I was yesterday afternoon, passing through. I had a decent Aperol spritz. Indeed, since it was also Shrove Tuesday, it was a time when there were a lot of people. However, my negative impression is due to the fact that as soon as I entered the waiter at the counter didn 't say a word either after my greeting or when I thanked him for bringing it to my table. As if that wasn 't enough, the other girl who was serving, while I was sitting with the spritz in front of me, asked me if the stuff I had placed on the chair next to me (jacket and purse was mine because there 's a mess (understandable, but Therefore? . Wow...if you see I have a spritz in front of me there 's not much point in asking, right? Note of merit goes instead to the guy to whom I then paid, who was very friendly, a sign that the service is always made by the people who make it better. I understand that there are moments of pressure when working with the public too. However, it is precisely the way of relating to the customer that ultimately makes the difference. Simple advice. Greetings.

BREAKFAST Got 2 brioches with my girlfriend: 1 pistachio croissant €1.80) another pastry brioche €2.20). Pistachio croissant basically without pistachio, actually just a sprinkle on top. Not full from having eaten only pasta, we ask for 2 croissants, pointing out that they were practically not filled inside. The waitress replies saying that it was a mistake, that they should be properly filled inside. The 2 new croissants arrived, the same as the first ones... At the checkout we point this out again and are told that once upon a time they filled them a lot, but people discarded the cream on the saucer . I don 't want to doubt the last statement, but what bothered us a lot is that after having notified the first time, the same croissants arrived as the first ones. Bad bad.
