Korean Noodle House

This is my second time coming here and I will be back! Kim Shabu is owned by a sweet couple. Although the shop is smaller in size relative to other larger Shabu restaurants, they are able to focus on quality which is shown in the quality of the meat. The meat selection is oh soooo yummmy. Their staff is also very sweet and attentive as well. The only thing is that I would recommend is not coming 45 min before closing time in order to be mindful of their staff and kitchen. I’m sure it’s hard to run a restaurant but they sure do a great job. I highly recommend!

My new favorite hot pot place in Houston! With a wide variety of meats to choose from, this place will definitely leave you very happy and satisfied. The kimchi, apps, and sauces are all home made, which me and my family loved. The atmosphere is very nice, open, and CLEAN (great for dates too). Our server Tommy, took care of us and he did great, super nice and served us very well. Plenty of parking too. If you're in the Memorial side and craving hot pot, come try them out!
