Beside the food and beverages (good stuff) where else can you go and use the washroom if you're a customer or not. A friend of mine used to say a sign of the end of the world is no more refills offered, I will add to that no access to the washroom. Thank you Tim's for your humanity! I wanted to use an offer I received from the app, but the person who identified herself as the manager was unfamiliar with how to apply it. She was unable to help and then began yelling at us, even telling us to leave the store. Can you believe that? We ended up placing our order at another Tim Hortons location without any issues. Not only did she lack knowledge on how to redeem the offer, but she also started yelling at us to get out in front of other customers which upset my daughter so much that she began to cry until now. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a Tim Hortons. It was April 21st, at 13:30 pm, you can check camera.
