Sainsbury's Cafe - Thanet

Omg I Q for 20 minutes and paid for two main meals then sat down at a table and waited another 45 minutes before we got our warm ham egg and chips never again am sorry Sainsbury's this been the 2rd time

Ordered a bowl of chips and waited almost an hour for them to come out. No one apologised for the wait just put them on the table and left.

Bought a tea cake with butter went for a knife to find cutlery rack filthy With only 4 Dirty knives Asked for a clean one to be told haven't got any they are all in the dishwasher and they couldn't wash me one of the dirty ones I then noticed they gave one of the dirty knives I had handed in to a lady behind me So had to use a spoon to butter tea cake Looked around at the floor with scattered crumbs and dirt that looked like it needed a good clean 5 tables were full of leftovers etc and the return racks were full all the time I sat there With the young lad bringing out orders and ignoring the leftovers This was a nice place for a cuppa a year ago but now very dirty and the big broken window with chairs tied around it doesn't look very good or safe Also the toilets are disgusting with no toilet rolls in the disabled one

We visited here today for clothes and then decided to try their all day breakfast . We were totally amazed at what,we got for our money . Will definitely try again.

Well cooked breakfast,best eggs for a long time.Service great staff polite and friendly So good yesterday that we went again today
