Reggie's Burgers, Dogs Fries

Poor speed of service. I ordered a salad and a chicken sandwich. I waited 40 minutes before asking for a refund for the order that was never rang in. I asked for my money back and was charged for my drink...... Ok I guess I did drink it but wow what anexperience

Their sign said not a fast food establishment , but it sure feels like it when I was inside. You order your food at the counter, get you own drink, and throw away your own trash. The only thing not fast about this place is the time they take tomake your food, which is good, because they do not start on any cooking till it is ordered. I saw people eating as they arecooking in the kitchen. They have more people working than actually needed, I feel this is where overhead is high and price hasgone up because of it. My burger meal was almost $15. They upcharge for every toppings added. The burger itself is good. Friesare fresh so don 't expect it to be crunchy. They do offer cajun season salt for the fries which made it taste better. I mightcome back when I am in town but will try other burger places 1st.

I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars. Their burgers and their seasoning stuff is really good. Fries are good/okay if you're partial to the basic cut potato fry. The hours are a little strange and personally annoying. It seems strange to close at 3 in theafternoon. Really really obnoxious is the charge for using a credit card. For starters it seems high considering even basicSquare reader fees would have been cheaper on my meal. Second, I understand that the fees can get expensive, but (and this isjust my opinion) that's part of operating a business. It would be different if they were unusual but they aren't.

First time checking out Reggie's and I'm disappointed it took me so long .. this joint is legit. I had the burger with pepper jack cheese, bacon, fried egg over easy, mustard all the way and fries .. my son had a bacon, cheddar cheese burger and fries... we visited on a Saturday evening, and while they were moderately busy our food was still out to the table within minutes ofordering. Highly recommended and I will definitely be a regular customer here

I ordered fish and shrimp combo. Tasted great, fish was too thin. Like they were trying to stretch it, too last longer. Ordered a burger, husband said it was good. I ordered onion rings, they were awesome. Bill was high?1 combo basket with onion rings, aburger, fries, 2 drinks was $36.00. Wait wasn?t too long. Resturant was clean and cool with this 100 degree heat. Wait staffwere friendly.
