I 'm a regular here, and this review is only because of the extremity. Generally, I 'm a lunch guy, and it is always amazing, fast, and delicious. At dinner, it 's like a different restaurant completely.Last night, March 26th, there were 4 people working the line. One of the 4 seemed to be a superior of some kind. She definitely spoke with authority to the other 3 employees. Her demeaning character to the employees and also the customers had almost everyone in the room completely flabbergasted. One example was how she would scream an order number, then almost immediately scream it again before the customer even made it 2 steps towards the window. She was clearly letting her frustration out by seeing how loud she could scream the order numbers. I literally held my ears.One customer approached the window and complained that their order was cold. She immediately put her hands on her hips and said, What do you want me to do about it, reheat it!?! I did not complain or ask for anything, nor did anyone else that I observed, although the entire restaurant could feel this young ladies tension.All this, and you encourage people to dine in with specials. I 'll pay full price. Just show patrons respect.

Mobile order ready at 7:40. It's 8:25 and still waiting. ?‍

My husband had to wait for 40 minutes and then found out that they gave his order to someone else number 10 and he is number 9 and then they lied to him that they didn't. And he is still waiting for his order and they served number 12 ahead of him. This is lousy customer service and this should not happen. They need to give him a free drink or something to make up for This mistake and apologize to him. This is unacceptable.
