Room was not up to par soap in shower was left from previous guest, as well as no coffee or tea replaced! Damaged door seal and flooring! Very dingy feeling!Window faced the roof and it was littered with garbage window was never locked so anyone could’ve have come in! Didn’t realize this till my second night.Only one person working front desk… large group was checking in had to wait half hour just to talk to them!Rooms: Not up to par!!! Very disappointedSafety: Room window over looked roof and was unlocked!

Days Inn Terrace is very gross.No toilet paper, no shower curtain, hair in the bathtub from previous guests, sticky floor, and mice running around in the lobby.Rooms: 1/5

We would not recommend staying at this hotel because of the physical condition of the hotel... subpar to industry standard based on our travel experiences. blood and other stains on the mattress. garbage, coffee travel mug and alcoholic and non alcoholic beverage containers under the bed. heating unit that doesn't really heat which we had to run at 80F all day and night to make the room somewhat comfortable in our current winter conditions. TV had worn/loose cable connections and didn't work 100% of the time. trim over the main entrance hanging off the wall and looks like it's ready to fall at any moment. floor runners at main entrance are loose and hang over the stairs nosing which is a tripping hazard... I did slip more than once during our stay. hotel and room has a musty smell. hotel looks original and outdated... carpets, finishes, fixtures very old looking and/or dirty and definitely could use a retrofit and refresher.When brought to the front counter concierge's attention they did apologize for the uncomfortable situation this put us in, seemed embarrassed, and did offer to move us into another room.Unfortunately, that's the only offer provided to us. We expressed our desire to cancel our reservation so we could go elsewhere with no consideration in supporting that request. No addition compensation was offered either, so we had no choice but to stay in the new room offered... it was cleaner than our first room, but still not to a standard we've become accustomed too.Shop around...

When my husband and I stayed, they only had a king bed available, so it was quite comfortable and luxurious for me. The place is quiet and clean, though their parking lot is very small, which I find to be quite unusual considering there are lots of workers and truckers who come through the area. (You cannot fit a hitched trailer) There is a restaurant downstairs, breakfast was okay with eggs, toast, sausage and hasbrown. I am not sure about other foods on the menu, though I have heard good things about the restaurant. There are some store fronts across the street, and is not far from the other side of town. Overall, good stay.
