Taqueria El Milagro - Terlingua

The tacos here are extremely affordable, with two distinct vegetarian options available. The staff seems to understand that these options don't include cheese, so voilà—vegan tacos!

I ordered the prickly pear cactus tacos, and since I'd never had cactus before, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they were! The photo doesn't do the dish justice. The tacos featured corn tortillas filled with cactus, onions, and cilantro. Later, I added some guacamole and salsa, which enhanced the flavors even more. They also offered fajitas that could be made vegan. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too!

We sat here for 15 minutes without being acknowledged at all. After that, we requested a menu and waited another 15 minutes before they finally took our orders. I tried the Ugly Pear tacos, which were just okay. The staff wasn't very friendly either.
