Taco Bell - Temple

Messed the food up and took 30 mins to make 3 tacos and a burrito because they were yappin. Tables and lobby are dirty too barely any clean spots to sit. Only 3 customers and needed to get home at night and delayed my trip home. Unless you wanna wait 30 mins to an hour dont recommend.

Nacho chips way too salty when they normally ain't. Tried telling me they are presalted . That's bull. No sodas machine working but yet charged for sodas. New taco bell needs to get it together

Burritos were hard and not very flavorful this go round.

I was at the counter for about 10 minutes, no one acknowledged me or my husband. Finally a lady turns around from the drive through window and tells us to use the Kiosk machine. Then another 20 minutes to get one order of tacos.Then 3 gentlemen came in , same thing happened to them. My husband got up and explained to them to use the Kiosk. There isn’t any sign at the counter to do that with instructions. When we left the three gentlemen thanked us after waiting at the counter like us for about 10 minutes. I won’t ever stop here again. As a semi-regular at Taco Bells across central Texas, I feel like a can adequately give this Taco Bell a solid 5 stars. (And no, I don’t know anyone that works there, I’m not an owner and/or affiliated in any way)While passing through Temple late last night we thought it was a great time for our 4th meal, and where else would be go than the top rated Taco Bell in town at 2.5 stars (on apple, 3.8 on google).We arrived at the seemingly newly constructed building with the latest technology and facilities. Clean parking lot and common area. The screen that took our order was working properly and also had everything up to date.Both employees that we interacted with (I didn’t have their names) taking our order and handing us our food were super chipper for the time of day, friendly and patient.Even better, they got everything right in our order, including a very complicated and highly modified Crunchwrap supreme that was executed perfectly *chefs kiss*.The cherry on top was the fact that they gave us ample amounts of hot sauce and napkins.
