Panera Bread - Temple

Extremely disappointed. Mac and cheese was COLD with the pasta being UNDERCOOKED. Spicy chicken sandwhich had NO BUFFALO sauce on it. Chipotle chicken AVOCADO melt had a very small amount of chicken and a SLIVER of a single slice of avocado. Unacceptable for a take out order since we couldn't do anything about it once home. Not even worth the drive back to the restaurant (less than 10 minutes).

This Panera is awful. You wait AT LEAST 20 minutes in the drive-thru no matter what you order, they ALWAYS mess up orders. I can’t even count on 2 hands how many times they’ve messed up my order. They’re also always out of ingredients ??? Idk if there’s no management at this location or what, but this Panera is legitimately terrible.

Never have I waited 20+ minutes for a small cup of soup….. horrible service time

Wanted to stop in for lunch to go and try their new pepperoni baguette. What a disappointment. There was one thin not thick layer of pepperoni, and some cheese. Not at all like they advertise, and the meat to bread ratio was way off. The baguette was good. For the price I paid, it turned me against Panera Bread. Will not ho back.

I see a lot of people with good reviews about Panera Bread food, and this is what my company orders when they entertain guests. There are always leftovers that get shared. It is sincerely appreciated, but this isn't my kind of food and I've probably tried every sandwich Panera Bread makes and being nice, let's just say I haven't liked anything I've tried and this will be the last time I ever try anything else from here.
