Dairy Queen - Tempe

The restaurant had long lines and did not provide the total after my order was taken. The person at the window was not attentive, as they did not listen when I asked for a lid twice and gave me an attitude in response. It is crucial for staff to listen to customers. I was not satisfied with the service I received.

I recently visited this restaurant and spent $9. I ordered the chili cheese meal, but did not receive the French fries. I was not informed that the fryer was broken until after I paid. When I got to work, I found that my chili dog was shriveled up and cold, and the cheese looked like it had been sitting out all day. I ended up throwing it away. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

I love to go to Dairy Queen for Banana Splits. My Boyfriend and I go for Ice cream runs 2s a Month.

I have visited this restaurant on two occasions and both times were disappointing. I would suggest trying another location a few miles away. Hopefully, they can provide a better experience there.
