Aloft Tempe

The room was big, nothing special, but when we checked in, Steve was the least helpful. We were traveling on the friends and family discount and Steve wouldn’t let us check in because the form was in my dads name (moms husband). I get that isn’t allowed, but he wouldn’t let us change the rate the next day when we got the correct form (in her name). We’ve stayed in hundreds of marriott hotels and have never had service like this. Just disappointing.

Was stuck in Phoenix for a layover after a flight nightmare. Was able to check in to a room last minute, woman at the front desk was SO kind and helpful, rooms are all fresh and clean and newly redone. If I ever need to layover somewhere in the future, it’s gonna be Phoenix! This place has it together!

This is a cool place and can't beat the value for the price. However, frustrating that they refused to accept one of my visa cards and then would not use any virtual cards. Took me about 2.5 hours to check in as a result. Lastly the crew working the desk were not too friendly. They were plain rude to my wife.

To say the least I got unexpected guests in shower with me.. I don’t even want to really spend a lot of time taking about the issue and review the hotel, I was waiting actually to someone reach out to apologize or follow up after they changed my room but nothing happened, my real complaint will be directly with Marriott.

Our stay at Aloft was an unforgettable experience.The hotel’s elegant design, combined with great vibes truly made a relaxing and enjoyable experience.Melody, your customer service is nothing but spectacular. Thank you for being so accommodating. You're an amazing example of what a customer service representative should be. We are grateful for the service!
