I called in my order was put on hold then the guy got back on the phone I gave him my order he asked what sauce I wanted with my garlic cheese sticks and breadsticks. I told him then he asked for the name I told him twice. He had me still on the phone as he was helping other customers. He told me how long it would be then I said ok thank you. My husband went to pick the order up and was told they never got our order. I’m sorry it upset me how could you say you didn’t get the order. Not happy so I said to forget it. Sorry but please do better next time when taking orders over the phone. I know you may have been busy but you could have done better.
