Thee Tree House - Tampa

I was really excited to come to brunch with my sister. We arrived to a host was not smiling or very welcoming. We chose to sit outside and enjoyed being outside, however we sat for 20 mins without being served or greeted by our server. We attempted to get his attention several times. Very upsetting that we left before service even began. Hopefully, it's not like this all the time. Very disappointed.

The music was really loud inside, and outside seating was loud from car noise on the street. Couldn't really hear the company I came with. It looks like there are a couple of fun swings that can be used as seats, but there's a demand for them, so we didn't get to try them. Food was pretty typical pub fare.

Terrible service! We waited 2 hours for our food and ended up getting boxes to leave faster. We got our checks before we got our food and the food was all wrong. I never write reviews but something had to be said.

I went to Tree House yesterday (10/23/22) with 5 of my friends. We noticed a start and end time paper on table (start: 12:07pm, end: 2:07pm). We planned to get the bottomless mimosas so we were worried that we wouldn't get the full two hours. However, the menu stated the timer begins once the drinks hit the table. We got our drinks at 12:28. We had a great time and our waiter was incredible. Around 2:07, our waiter came and said we had about 10 min left, we said okay and he got us one last round of mimosas. We lost track of time and we weren't told anything again until the hostess came at 2:25ish (which should've been our real end time) stating that we needed to get up immediately because they have another reservation and that we didn't leave when they told us too. We attempted to explain that we didn't purposely overstay our welcome, and she continued to argue that she was there when our waiter told us to leave (he did not tell us that). She continued that she wrote down the card herself so we had to leave at 2:07, so we explained that we didn't get our drinks at the start time. She argued back, and I brought up what the menu says about when the timer starts. She said the timer started at 12:07 to which I responded the menu should be changed. My table got up and decided to finish our last drink by the bar. One of my friends attempted to get the manager, but they were unable to talk to us. The best part was that they didn't even use our table, they took our table apart and only used our two extra chairs for another table... there was a stack of chairs right by the bar... The hostess was so incredibly rude to us which ruined our brunch experience. The menu should be changed since she claims she starts the timer. If you still decide to go, order your mimosas before you even sit down.

The setting and environment is really cool. However, the food is kinda basic. I got the soho chicken sandwich and it was okay. I thought it was kinda weird that some meals were served on actual plates and some were paper plates. The vibe is cool though.
