Next time, we’re considering taking a picture of the mishaps and posting it on Facebook. We’re not alone in our frustration; we've seen other customers complain about their orders as well. Instead of addressing the issues, the staff seems to either ignore complaints or get flustered and start carelessly tossing pizzas around, resulting in our orders arriving smashed or flipped. Additionally, there are a number of kids hanging out in the back of the restaurant who seem to be doing nothing but running around and joking. Overall, my experience with the takeout service for dinner is generally unsatisfactory.
