The Edison - Tallahassee

A so great experience here. the reuse of this historic, light-filled building has such a pronounced feeling of space. all lights are equipped with edison bulbs and combine the look. the view of the park is fabulous. I'm looking forward to returning and eating outside with better weather. our party ordered a Cuban sandwich, seafood spits and salmon. everyone was well flavored and excellent. the day we were there, there was a baby shower in the big second floor. they'll keep it in any case.

Edison was wonderful. I loved the old building overlooking the cascade park. it was a big intro to tallahassee. eating was excellent and unique. the service was also great. I tried the boot camp Pork Cup while my man had the seminole short ribs. the pork chop was sweeter tee, served on a pfirsich chutney with a sweet bacon jam. such an unusual mixture of aromen that really work. yum, I'm so glad we found this. highly recommended.

I wanted to try this highly rated place for brunch. the historical reuse of an old power plant is a great location for this restaurant and a great view. the edison lamps are predominant and are present at each stand table. brunch was good and so was service. I wasn't happy they didn't have a coffee or a hot tee. I actually went outside to get my coffee with a caffe behind the restaurant. also strange that water was served in plastic glasses. rather strange choice for a retro setting. Finally, the maple syrup tante jemima was flavored maissirup. disposes of a fine brunch setting

The old power co. bldg turned into a fantastic restaurant/bar along the cascades. only for dessert and beer (or 2,), but the menu looks great and lindsay has taken care of us very well, although we appeared near the closing time. I'm sorry, Lindsay!

Excellent food! Really beautiful building and decor! Prices are good. We were here on a Sunday afternoon We had 5he BLT and the cuban. My BLT was amazing! Salty and sweet with the bacon jam (not too sweet). We sat at the bar. Monica was very nice and accommodating. Some people we really dressed up, but you dont need to be.
