The wings were cold and you could tell they had been sitting for a long time and I only got a few fries and she forgot my roll as well as forgetting to cash me out even though I’m happy I did not end up paying. Terrible service i shoulda went back there and helped her if i knew she ain know what she was doing.
Place is almost never open during scheduled hours, when they are open it seems they are always out of stuff. Most aggravating to waste my time and gas to go and find out they aren't open. Feels like they are going out of business, online it says their licensing expired June 1, 2023. It appears they are operating in a grace period. They only have a couple good employees, the rest are so rude that people walk out left and right when they are open
Just got uber eats from this place and best damn hot wings I’ve had in a while, felt homemade so good!
OH MY GOD....HOW ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!IF A COMPANY DOES NOT RESPECT YOUR MONEY OR PATRONAGE, STOP GIVING THEM EITHER!I, in good faith,placed an order through UBER EATS!This company, CHICAGO CHICKEN decided to have the food, $30, I spent my hard earned money for.... 'THEIR WAY '!!!IN THE UBER COMMENT SECTION,I SAID I DID NOT WANT SAUCE ON MY FOOD.I ASKED THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY TO PLACE MY SAUCE ON THE SIDE. WHAT I RECEIVED WAS SAUCE ON EVERY DOGGONE THING...even my fries!I called this company THAT EVENING, then so many times it was crazy. Never did anyone or even the manager, think the matter important enough to return my call.The evening I ordered this mess, I called the company. I also filled out the form to UBER EATS. I NEVER HAD A RESPONSE FROM EITHER.IT HAS NOW BEEN TWO WEEKS AND I FINALLY GET THE MANAGER. HIS RESPONSE TO MY ISSUE, IT IS MY FAULT FOR NOT RETURNING THE FOOD THAT EVENING...??? SERIOUSLY!!!!!!HE, RASHAD, let me know that, COMMENTS YOU LEAVE IN REFERENCE TO HOW YOU WISH YOUR FOOD ORDER MAKES NO DIFFERENCE.WOW ? I love this place, food taste great! They definitely need to work on its customer service, and speed and they'll be perfect!Vegetarian options: I believe they can get a little creative when it's come to vegetarian dishes!? Especially since now a days everybody trying to eat healthier? But hey, it's uh fried food joint, and they make some of the best in town!!
