I noticed that larger roller could get pretty good on the lower terraces. they must think of the dewatering of the battery. so they relax so beautiful colors around them. it's worth the visit. our daughter and son in law visit by alberta kanada loved everything. we sat and relaxed on one of the benches after a beautiful picnic and waited for them to come back.
One of the most beautiful gardens of national trust that I visited. azaleas, spring flowers Magnolias were out when we visited. beautiful terraces, teiche, buildings with many interesting walks. many sit to relax. not as big as I expected slang in caffe in the gardens. beautiful crafts center with inexpensive one-sided work. garden center with all usual things to buy.
One of the best gardens I visited. stunning colour and lovingly cultivated, formal gardens contrast with open green areas and the lush river valley. different walks take the highlights of the different gardens. there is something to see at each row and they need several hours here to get a good look; I have to return some time to see the laburnum arch in all its gloriousness. at the main entrance there is a large caffe with a gift and garden center.
A great day out, and if the weather is good, you can't get much better. Beautifully maintained gardens, always a visual pleasure. It is nice to come at different times of the year and see how things change with the changing of the seasons. Nice cafe too that can get a bit busy, but the food is nice and worth the wait.
We visit 3 or 4 times a year, to see the different seasons. Bodnant Gardens will never disappoint you. So we'll kept, so many different areas to explore whatever your interests. Lots of benches, some in little snug areas. Love it, can't fault it.
