Three Rooms - Tahunanui

Simple, traditional fare served here with great service. Always profess simple food is the best as the produce always speaks for itself. In NZ the produce never fails to satisfy.

We have been here several times and have always had great food and great service. Had a special table set unexpectedly one night for a birthday dinner. We have been in groups of 2, 4, 6 8 and 16. BYO wine was acceptable too.

Three Rooms provide traditional style food in a pleasant setting. There were 6 of us to dinner and as it was a Tues evening we thought it would be quiet. Not so! They offer a free glass of wine with your meal to entice midweek diners in and it obviously works well. (I would guess that the restaurant was two thirds full Two courses for $30 and three courses for $35 is excellent value. The service was a little slow but there were a couple of large parties in. It's our second visit and I would definitely recommend. :
