Pavone's Pizza - Syracuse

I just received my delivery order from Pavones. Unfortunately, the wings were soaked through the container and bag, and even soaked through the top of the pizza box. Additionally, two items were missing from my order and the delivery driver claimed they were not given those items. It's disappointing that the order was not checked before delivery. To make matters worse, it was already 9:25pm and the store closes at 9:30pm. I tried calling the restaurant six times before closing but received no answer. Eventually, I contacted someone from Slice who was able to speak with someone at the store and arrange a partial refund for me. Pavones, please do better next time!

The food was okay, but the constant presence of loud street people coming in and out was overwhelming. I'm grateful that my children were not with me during this experience.
