Insomnia Cookies - Syracuse

Box was taped very well so you can see if it was tampered with. But they clearly didnt double check the count. I only received 11 of the 12 cookies in my order. Yes, I double checked the receipt. For the price of the cookies there shouldnt be any mistakes.

Warm biscuits were always fresh. the people are super nice. if it is busy, it can take a while to get their cookies, so keep it in the eye

It was late and we had just seen a musical at the Landmark Theater. We didn't want go out and came across Insomnia cookies. They were delivered quickly, hot, and fresh to our hotel. We will definitely order again next time we are in Syracuse!

We were in town for a conference and ordered cookies and ice cream. (M&M, Mint Chocolate Chip and a lemon one with cookie dough ice cream Though they were out of cookie dough ice cream they offered vanilla with a cookie dough pieces separately. We chose another flavor but they sent a container of cookie dough chunks with a note saying just in case Everything tasted so fresh and delicious! We're sad that they're not local to us but next time we're in town, we're getting more!

I witnessed a afro african man from africa who works for this store, trying to attack a autistic customer. I will never buy cookies here again. Im disgusted by this low impulse control worker at Insomnia Cookies (the black one that I have described)
