Dave Buster's Syracuse

Never thought to go to Dave and Busters because I dont really go to syracuse if I'm not going for a specific purpose, we decided to take an impromptu trip to have dinner and play some games. Get the kids out of the house. It was so much fun!!!! Food was delicious. Games were fun. Staff was incredible. Worth every penny. I definitely recommend for anyone. We were a little on the pricy side but there were 4 of us. There packages were wallet friendy as was the meal.

We were promptly greeted, seated quickly, received good service, experienced a small issue that was promptly resolved.

Service was fast even though there was only 1 server working. Manager takes care of any mistakes.

We waited a long time for service and felt overlooked. When our food finally arrived, the server rudely placed the plates on the table and ran off before we realized we had no silverware. It was difficult to find someone to ask for it. Our order was messed up, even though it was a simple selection from the menu. It seems the systems were down, which caused the staff to be preoccupied and ignore us. Despite these issues, the food was delicious. However, the bartenders seemed to ignore us and were focused on other tasks rather than taking drink orders. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

Our server Skylar was absolutely fantastic with our group of 15 - she was super friendly and attentive! Give that girl the gold star!
