Serviciul a fost foarte lent la prânzul nostru. De asemenea, serviciile pentru BBQ părea să se diminueze. În totalitate, pe baza bufetelor bbq anterioare dezamăgite. Vezi toate recenziile.
I went there with friends recently for birthday celebration so we went to the deluxe option $80/per person), dinner time. I love their wagyu beef, it's really good
I called for an inquiry about a booking, a staff or manager really answered rudely and impatiently, so I have their “professional” service.
Went to suminoya sydney Japanese BBQ last night and it was a pretty good experience! There were 3 types of choices: BBQ BUFFET SPEZIAL BBQ BUFFET DELUXE BBQ BUFFET We chose the special bbq buffet where we have a lot of choice...of different beef, chicken and pigs, while also with /sushi! I enjoyed it and I would say you all should try it!
Yesterday at this BBQ. Originally the plan was to go to Nikuzo in Bondi, but with recent Covid cases in Bondi we decided to try this place. Staff and food was nice, but the variety is much less than at Nikuzo....prices are also much higher. They are limited to 90 minutes of food, no more orders after 70 minutes. Nikuzo is 2 hours. You also require that you register a credit card at the time of booking. If you cancel within 24 hours, they charge $30 per person. If you cancel after 5 a.m. on the day of booking, they charge $50 per person. We went for the cheapest option that was $60 (which is the most expensive option at Nikuzo and includes all wagyu meat and seafood) and should some wagyu options, but not the highest quality. For highest quality, you have to pay $80. On our arrival the waitress told us that with the $60 option on Friday and Saturday we cannot choose any of the wagyu meat. A small detail they forget to mention when you book. They basically tried to sell their $80 buffet. I raised the problem with the manager. He showed me her menu that had some tiny fine printing advice that the wagyu option on the $60 option is not available on Fridays and Saturdays. Problem is that the menu you find on their website is a high quality picture of their physical menu, probably on purpose, so you can not even read the names of the elements, let alone the fine print. Overall, I would recommend going to Nikuzo. It is a much authentic Japanese Yakiniku Square. Staff in Suminoya are nice, but unfortunately the way they go about their business is sniffing. It does not seem to be guided by Japanese and less real.
Terrible service and staff are very rude. I asked to check the grill as the flame was very low and not boil properly. The staff refused my request and said it was just the way this grill works and that they always had a...web with the grill. Since the bill was $600 at the end of the night, I would have expected a standard service. It won't come back. You lost a loyal customer of 6 years.
