Pasta Pantry Australia Pty Ltd - Sydney

Pasta Pantry is part of a food court with a bunch of different food options. I chose to get the broccoli, slaw & bacon salad. It was tasty! I also got an amazing chocolate brownie for dessert - highly recommended for folks with a sweet tooth! Great lunch option for people on the go!

Had lunch here and left unsatisfied. Service was slow. Food portions were small and taste was average at best (quite bland). With so many other food options in the area, I wont be returning

Called in at PASTA PANTRY inside Sydney Central Plaza on Monday 30/05/16 for late lunch / snack, food average in taste & service average & portion size rather small and certainly didn't fill me up. Unsure of the cost with my partner paying & we wouldn't necessarily rush back in the near future.

I find it odd when business 'make it hard for the customer'Don't assume I come here all the time and are familiar with your products and processDon't look with scorn when i ask where the napkins and condiments areDo ask if i want it toasted / heated first - perhaps i just want it wrapped to goDo perhaps ask for names or hand out order numbers so you don't try and give my lunch to someone elseGot the impression this place doesn't invest in training and processes, hope its not a franchise, its in for a bumpy ride

We grabbed breakfast here while visiting Sydney for the weekend. We were all quite hungry but unfortunately when we got the egg sandwich, the egg was completely undercooked, runny, and covering the box the sandwich would come in. Had the egg been properly cooked, it probably would have been a good sandwich.
