My drink just tastes like milk. I’ve gotten this drink many times and it’s never this bland

What can you say their good at what they do. Everything is top notch. The only thing that gives me pause is going through the drive through they hit you with the option to give a tip. I can see this if you were setting down in side with a waiter not even the cashier taking your money is optimistic about it. It's fastfood an coffee who even gets the tip? Expect to pay between 5 an 10 for a drink an 10 an 20 if you add food per person.

This has to be the slowest service at Starbucks I've ever experienced. I thought maybe they may be short-handed the first and second visit, but nope... I was wrong. Every visit has been the same. This time, I went inside, and it was clear as I watched, and now I understand why. One person is making drinks while one is on the phone talking and the other just standing there watching... then she finally got in gear and started helping. She moved fast, but it seemed like it really annoyed her that she had to work. Unfortunately, this is the closest and most convenient location to where I live. Someone at corporate or the franchise owner should visit and see how ridiculously slow this place is. I wasn't the only one inside who was waiting and looking frustrated. Please pick up the pace, ladies, and maybe people will tip you for good service... until then, you won't get any tips from me.

We went there for veterans Day and it was very nice, quick and orders were good.
