LITTLE ITALY IN GEORGIA??. LIKE MY COAT SAYS 'MADE FROM 100 PERCENT ITALIAN FABRIC ' That is me. I moved here from New Jersey -New York area where you can still get some pretty damn good authentic Italian food without bothering to cook it yourself so when I moved here to cumming, Ga I was a little shell shocked and then oneday I went to this little corner restuarant called Quanto Basta, it has that New York style and appeal that I have become acustomed to and the food, well it 's the best northern Italy has to offer. They start out witha real crusty bread and rosted galic and cheese. I make a sandwich out of it. I was raised on Garlic ya know. My favorite Entre is the Balsamic roasted chicken, cuz you get your cream sauce your pasta and the most tender chickhen the side of the macon county line. I always wanted to say that and I finally found a venue for it. The desserts are superb as well.

My family absolutely loves this place!! I'm a real critic about good Italian and I have to say that this is the best! My dad makes the absolute best spaghetti and we always said that no restaurant could ever top it! But sadly we were wrong, Quanto Bistros spaghetti is amazing!! You can always tell a great Italian restaurant if even the spaghetti is authentically delicious! Love this place! Great date night atmosphere too!!

Great dinner! Good wine selection. I was there on a Saturday night and it wasn't crowded usually a bad sign. Don't let that scare you away<br/

Exceptional Food!. From the great atmosphere to the delicious Italian food- what more could you want on a night out. The pork chop is AWESOME.

One of my top favorite Italian restaurants. Good food. Good service. What else is there to say? Delicious.
