Contribuiți la feedbackWe booked and came for dinner on Saturday 11th for our family of 7 celebrating our 60th, 13th 5th Anniversaries and Birthdays for 2021, couldn't do it because of Covid. You have large booths and tables for any number of guests. Our waiter/server was so attentive and cheerful the whole evening (male and I can't remember his name) it made the evening so enjoyable. The food was so good, we even got complementary desserts which surprised us but we sure enjoyed it. Thanks a lot....You guys are the finest, and we shall return and promote your place. We tried to book with Sammy's first and had a runaround with excuses from 3 people so that place is crossed off our list
Came here with my brother because it is close and convenient to us. Located in the Guildford Mall area on the upper level parking by Walmart. Parking can be busy, because it is near the mall, you are sharing space with mall customers. I can see it being harder to find parking during holiday season. The food here is good, we usually order the 14 oz chef cut prime rib dinner. The cuts are usually good, but sometimes when you get it done medium rare, it's ridiculously tough to cut with your steak knife, usually a hit and miss. The crispy onion on the top is nice and side of creamy horseradish. The buttermilk mash potatoes on the side is always good as well. Overall it's a good place to eat, good atmosphere, it's clean and modern and service is generally good.
Stopped in for some much needed food on the way back from a weekend trip to Vancouver from Seattle. Around 11:30 on a Tuesday, the majority of the tables were open. I went with the Garden Burger $13.50? , which seemed to be one of the healthier options. The burger was comprised of a veggie patty not the homemade variety, tear , a biggg lettuce leaf, one lonely tomato slice, a couple avocado slices/smears could have used more of that too , roasted red pepper relish, signature burger sauce and a toasted egg bun. It was definitely edible... not bad but I 've definitely had better veggie burgers. The roasted red pepper relish is quite sweet and red onions managed to show up in my burger even though I asked for no onions please and thank you . At least those nasty buggers are easy to remove. The egg bun was pretty good though! I swapped in a small California Spring Salad for the fries... for a couple dollars more I believe. The salad had potential but it was just okay too--mixed greens with sliced strawberries, very sweet candied pecans, and goat cheese, all unevenly tossed in a vinaigrette. I like lightly dressed salads so I should have asked for dressing on the side. Two of my friends ordered a burger not sure which one and the Rustic Chicken Club, and they both seemed to enjoy their lunches. The Portobello Mushroom chicken looked and was, apparently very rich. The plate consisted of a lot of noodles and sauce. The Slow Roasted Prime Rib served with mashed potatoes, crispy onions, and veggies didn 't look great either... and I heard it was meh as well. Our waiter was helpful and attentive, no complaints there. The ambiance is okay... not horrible for a chain. If you 're really hungry and need food NOW, this place will pass in a pinch. Maybe just don 't go here on a first date, Tinder or not.
I dedicate this review to the floor manager Mr.Scott. You dared to threaten my family and take action against us because .... our 3-year old daughter was walking around OUR table. I don't know who persuaded you that you are a prison chief and you can treat people like this, but this was an absolutely unacceptable treatment and the worst experience from restaurants we had ever received. I would recommend that you, Mr.Scott, spend more time to be doing things that you get paid for, i.e. your customers get high quality food and get what they order: 1. The kids burger came with .... mold on it 2. The kids meals came without drinks that were included. We had to remind about drinks when we were offered to pay the bill. 3. The kids only got their ice-cream (as part of the kids menu) only after we paid our bill and reminded them that we actually hadn't got what we paid for 4. Our server brought our main dishes ... and walked away with them right in front of us while you, Mr.Scott, were threatening my family. Worst. Ever. Unprofessional. Rude. I feel disgusted and will never come back.
Cannot remember the last time I was at a milestones or even seen one. Three of us decided to have lunch here. Each of us had an appies, spinach and artichoke dip, the dip was good but the chips seemed off, no crunch to them. Calamari wouldn't order again. Asian Chicken Bites the best appie I think that was at the table. For lunch, there was Baja fish tacos, Superfood Salad at $18 I would have thought it would of came with some kind of protein. They are generous with the size of the salad and the last lunch was the 1989 burger, it was good. The patty it self was hot. I wish it would of had thick cut bacon. The service was good.
