Romy's Holiday Inn - Suring

I grew up coming here with Grandma and Grandpa during our annual family trip to the area, and this place is as good now as it was then! It's a reliable staple of the area and gets extremely busy on the weekends for good reason. They did a great job for the group meal after Grandma's funeral as well, and my Mom had a very easy time working with them to organise the luncheon. When we had a smaller group than expected, the owner ended up charging a smaller rate as well rather than what was originally planned for, which was so kind!

Hour and half wait for a table was horrible and the food wasn’t that great. If would of been different if we were told it was going to be that long but we didn’t.

We have been here several times with family and friends and for a couple of weddings. Food was good, drinks were good. The bar and restaurant area were very busy for the 5:30-6:30 time but we got there at 4:30 and had no problem getting in on a Saturday night.

Classic vintage Wisconsin supper club with a outdoorsman feel the bar top is very large in size and has inviting bends and curves they do a excellent job with the meat here it just melts in your mouth and is very juicy they also did a great job with the old fashions and took extra steps to spice them up nice people and relaxed atmosphere

First time trying here and definitely won’t be back. First we were told 20 minutes for a table which was fine we were actually excited thinking it must be good food! Waited about an hour finally some lady told us what table we could go to… didn’t seat us but told us where in the restaurant our table was. We chose the buffet option. Chicken dinner style and stuffed shells. There was no chicken for the first 10-15 minutes after we were seated so my husband just got corn and potatoes. I got the stuffed shells which were cold. Literally cold like it just came out of the fridge. Our waitress finally came and asked if we wanted milk or coffee no other options. I said I would like some milk and she never returned with it. I went and found her and reminded her about the milk and asked her if I could please get some of the stuffed shells warmed up because it was very cold and she said she would let someone know. She finally came back with the milk aand told me they were going to put out some fresh shells for me. Waited another 20 minutes they never brought any out. I gave up on the shells and decided to just have some chicken but they only give you one plate (even though it’s a buffet) there wasn’t plates out anywhere and. No one around to ask for another one. So I scraped my cold shells onto my husbands plate (who was done and irritated with the service and just wanted to go) and went to get chicken from the buffet but they were out again. At the point I just left still hungry. Horrible service high prices bad food. Don’t waste your money
