Cafe Coffee Day - Sūrat

Came here on holi . . The staff was busy playing holi inside the kitchen area. The systems were not working . No one was taking the order . . Waited for 15 mins just for the order. .The employees were using the same hands to make the food and play holi. Very unhyegenic

- Nice place to hangout with your bestie - Ambiance is ok - There is Never all the beverages present in the cafe which is listed in the menu. - Hazelnut latte was same cappuccino. - Devils own simply topped with whipped cream, & little bit deco. of chocolate???????? - Why the hell there is 20% tax & vat & all????????

Decent place with nice ambiance...the two of us weren't that hungry and so just got a cafe frappe which was a bit too sweet for my taste and a chilli cheese toastizza which was average.. Service was quick but the food was not at all worth the ever increasing high price they charge

This outlet has decent amount of seating space and the service is quick and efficient. I love coming here to chill with friends over coffee or just to people watch. Since it is located in one of the central areas of Surat you will always end up bumping into someone else you know (if you lived in Surat for a better part of your life that is) and I love such chance encounters. Plus its CCD they serve standard flavours of coffee. What's not to like,eh?!

I have been here many times, for me this place is one of the safest and first choice to meet my surti friends. It has decent ambience and coffees are good in taste , but reason I would rate it average is because of food it caters. Really they should do something to improve taste and quality of food they have in menu.
