Excellent customer service from everyone who was working and my food was made fresh THANK YOU KFC

Is it that hard to actually add fries to your combo order that comes with fries????Idk why this place can't ever read an order

Found it kinda odd and suspicious when they have drivers wait at the first window until your order is ready before pulling up to the second window.

I'm proud of the staff managers shift leaders overall KFC experience the owners did a good job in duly noting in my last review that the restaurant wasn't open now it is frequently open I was able to sit down the other day for the first time in a year and almost 2 years and I actually got to experience KFC like I did back in 1990 when I first moved here of course it's different but it's not like sitting in a restaurant and eating there like before so once again I appreciate everybody that had their hand in keeping this KFC open for the frequent and guess that come through and the drive-thru is actually absolutely fast all everybody to get job

Anyone know why they adamantly ask you to STOP at the first window and wait until your order is ready and then they will waive you down to the second window to pay?? lol like why can't I just pull up to the window like at every other drive through place ?? Do they want more privacy when they are making the food or what ?? Kinda weird if you ask me..
