Employees stand around talking to each other instead of taking orders. I've been here 3 times and the portion sizes are smaller and smaller and smaller. But its the same price. Smh. The last time I went there was barely any steak or bacon in my sandwich. I should've just asked for a refund. Waste of money the last 2 times. I will not be going back.

I understand this whole covid stuff but why charge FULL PRICE on drinks then don't offer refills. Then be told well if you want another drink you need to pay full price for another one. If your not going to offer free refills then drinks should be half price or give another cup instead of refilling the one they filled 1st.. Its simple!!!!!

Staff is really rude. They forgot my meal and nobody feel sorry for it. I am #6 and I wait for a long time, very patient, until they get #9 ready. They didn?t find out they forget #6 order Until I asked them after #9 is ready. They didn?t do anything to show that they were sorry, On the opposite, they are very rude, ignore what you said and tell you: ?here is your meal, you want it or not?! ? then throw out the sub and leave. refuse to answer you, refuse to ask the manager to come and talk, I have to walk to the cashier and talk to their manager. Even the manager didn?t say any sorry word. Poor management. Rude staff. Very bad experience.
