Received my ONLINE order. Tuna, my favorite. Was soooooooo disappointed. A very thin layer of tuna, and was not made to order, according to my instructions. Was just horrible, no flavor, if I didn't have the 2 grandkids with me, it would have been returned. Never again! Sandwich #2, also was made incorrectly. I know everything is so expensive but when we eat out, we expect to get the best quality and product. After all your price more than compensates your profit margin. Didn't make the grade by far! When customers do not want to return, you will eventually go out of business. Also want to mention, you advertise foot long because it is a 12 skinny thing. NOT ANYTHING LIKE IT USED TO BE. NEVER AGAIN SUBWAY, YOU GAVE THE BRAND A BAD NAME BY YOUR POOR QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT.

I was out of my typicalI Subway location, but I was hungry as it was about 8;30pm I was starving and saw this particular one. As Iwas about to go in get some subs, then in the alleyways between Subway L L Hawaiian BBQ, I saw rats running around. It totally turned me off destroyed my appetite. Lord, they were running around, can you imagine INSIDE the restaurants??

This Subway location is terrible in terms of hygiene. I have been there on a few different occasions as a last resort and I fell sick two out of 3 times. Food servers wear the same gloves when they are preparing sandwiches while they are throwing away garbage, touching and wiping dirty surfaces with chemicals and using the cash register in between serving and preparing food. They think that the gloves are meant to protect their hands and not the food. I had to ask one of the servers to change her gloves as she was about to make my sandwich after she was wiping the dirty surface to which she started rolling her eyes. No sense at all- they are definitely serving more than the food!
