Pizzeria Le Pescara - Strasbourg

As an other restaurant was busy me and my mother chose the le pescara for dinner. From the beginning everything was not like the rest friendly staff in strassburg. We couldn‘t sit on the comfortable benchs cause they are only for four people we came in at 9 pm and 3 of them were free). Anyway about the meals: Our starters were okay. Italian salad parmaham and tomatoes) and bruschetta. NOW IMPORTANT!! Dont get the beef as main! its a really bad quality and I could only ate the vegetables. My mother‘s pizza was eatable but not very special. As I said that the beef was not good they couldnt help out with the price my suggest was to pay half price 11€. This was NOT possible. !! TIP FOR YOU !! If you‘d like to have italian food please choose an other, better restaurant as there are plenty in strassburg.

Food here was enjoyable. Tasty and fresh. Big portion at a fair price. Very centrally located and friendly staff. Thanks

My wife had Grilled Gambas and she had 4 big shrimps and lots of condiments on her plate, she was happy and so was I with my Grilled Beef Filet. With a liter of San Pellegrino and 1 expresso bill came to 41 Euro, very resonable

After four days of choucroute, spaetzle, and tarte flambee we were ready for a change! We happened upon Le Pescara and had a very enjoyable dinner. The pasta was cooked well and the service were lovely. The Italian wines, identified by region, was a nice touch also.

The personnel very dismissive and rude with customers. 30-60’ waiting for one pizza two pasta pesto. The later was not eatable. Too bad for image of Strasbourg especially as the restaurant is situated in the heart of the historical center of Strasbourg.
