Las Palapas Thousand Oaks

There was a fly in my strawberry margarita. I also ordered a fajitas for two and got no salsa, or hot sauce or was even offered it. I order from here alot and I don't Normally write reviews but I live far and on the way home I ordered this and now I am grouse out because my drink had a bug. And no got sauce for my non spicy fajitas

Worst palapas location in San Antonio. I know you're slow, but that ought to make it easy to give great customer service. Not the case....do better...Ron Acosta would be rolling in his grave

I used to enjoy eating at Las Palapas. The one in my neighborhood lost me as a customer to their bad customer service. So I've been looking for another. I thought I'd try this location. The food is fresh, but the potatoes were still a bit raw. The refried beans taste terrible... like they added tomatoe to the beans ?. The waiter did the bare minimum. He didn't even offer hot sauce. I wanted to ask him for some, but he didn't return till I was done eating. As for the atmosphere... it looks new and clean, but there were gnats that kept flying over our table.

After I brought up my concerns about my breakfast experience, Alex, the general manager, took the time to call me personally later on that Sunday evening. He was incredibly professional and made sure I felt heard, promising that the issue wouldn’t happen again. I really appreciate him going out of his way to make things right—this is exactly how you build customer trust!

Service was good but forget it after food arrives. They just forget you then.
