Domino's Pizza

I ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta(I asked no chicken btw) and I receive this pasta with no sauce at all. I am very disappointed. The sauce isn’t even covering the noodles. I would like a refund for the pasta.

So I accidentally made a mistake by thinking the ranch sauce meant Dipping sauce so I got the pizza ate 2 slices and regretted I called back and asked them for a new pizza and they said yes they saved my night thank you dominos.

Domino’s came THRU on Super Bowl Sunday!! I will say this for them, they were the only app whose servers were NOT bogged down. They got my order right and fast!! Mind blown… but the taste was less stellar than it has ever been before. The wings were chewy and not crispy, and the pizza was only average. Still we ate even tho we ordered last minute and the order was correct.Parking: The availability of parking on Super Bowl Sunday was easily accessible and plenty.

Had placed a delivery order in December. Order never showed. Money was taken from PayPal. Stopped in in February to pick up a carryout. I mentioned what had happened and when. The lady there gave me a credit for my delivery order. Ontop of that, she then gave me an additional credit for the same order again. And she gave me a second pizza with the carryout I was picking up.The customer service that they displayed was unheard of these day. I was not expecting anything to be done in this day of the financial spreadsheets and computer data driven business world.To know they solved the problem with common sense is good to see.Thanks Domino's.

I ordered from this location three times now, and they’ve only done a decent job once. The first time the pizza was smashed, and now this most recent experience I’m left waiting 2 hours because a shortage of drivers? I was not given any items for free after asking, and now I’m hangry. This location needs a major wake up call.EDIT: This is my updated review as of 1/15/2024 and although under new management they started off good, it 's slowly starting to decline again. When I say I want my pizza Well Done please don 't ignore it. I 've ordered from this location 100+ times and I 'm sick of getting reward points for complaining. I want ya 'll to get with the program. Unacceptable.
