What separates the true connoisseurs from the amateurs is the strategy of saving some chips and chapati until the end. Once they finish their curry, they create little chip kebabs to soak up the sauce. The Balti Exotica? Simply exquisite. You should always order this dish, as I can guarantee someone in the family has already tried the lamb rogan josh and the chicken bhuna. The portions are generous, so there’s always some leftover to enjoy for breakfast. Hands down, this is the best curry in Somerset!
