Firehouse Subs Hall/hayes

Always brilliant taste. Club on a sub, added mushrooms, black olives and banana peppers. All right. Definitely on the point.

I enjoy the subs, but her staff is terrible. I never had a positive interaction. They seem upset. Very robotic and transactional. The entire staff always seems to be in bad mood. Also they don't let you use the bathroom anymore!! And the freestyle machine is always mixed. Other than that, big subs.

I had a door order and the staff wouldn't recognize me even though I told them I had an order. I ordered it an hour before I got it and garnished it for 20 minutes. they weren't busy at all, maybe they had three other people in there and I had to wait 40 minutes to get Sub Pad Sandwich.

I started going to Firehouse Subs while living in Texas. Absolutely delicious subs. The best around, the freshest ingredients. When I found them here I continued to order my fav Club on a sub on a regular basis. Great food nice staff clean restaurant. Enjoy!

The food we got was actually pretty good from what I was expecting, but the inside of this location was a bit of a mess and was really confusing. That's the only reason I lower my rating by a point.
