Biggby Coffee - Sterling Heights

Consistent, friendly, and delicious. I love the specials and the staff here.

I live about a mile away and was SO EXCITED when this Biggby opened. I usually go to the 11 and John r one so this was awesome. It 's been ok . I get lattes and they 're never consistent as far as taste. Their hours are VERY spotty. I get that the pandemic f 'd a lot of businesses, but they 're not even open for their reduced hours. They also have no listed phone number to check hours, and I was there earlier this week and they had no coffee or espresso...how? That being said, the employees are always courteous and personable. I don 't know what shenanigans they 're up to, but that 's not how you keep customers. Much rather drive to 11 and John R to know I can get what I want, when I want, and that I can call to confirm hours.

Every single time I check their hours it says it's open but they are always closed every time I drive by. I see they have a short staffed hours sign but they should really update this with Google maps. Very unfortunate.

Good experience here. The Pumpkin foam cold brew was a bit sweet for my taste but still enjoyable. The bragel was tasty and was half off. They even gave me some coupons.

Drove all the way over to mound was at Bigsby by 3:28pm the web said there open till 7pm pulled up to order and got told they close at 3 all this week. Won't be back!!!
