Mcdonald's - Stephenville

This is a play place location it’s a nice indoor one. However they close it promptly at 8 pm and there’s an employee there who is very assertive to get you to pack up and leave with your child. Their kiosk system advertises table delivery but they just sit your food on the counter which is confusing. They are also bad to not give you your drink cups if you kiosk order making you have to ask for them. Otherwise it’s solid McDonald’s food and one of my child’s favorite places to play here in town.Kid-friendliness: Play place is great as long as it’s open.

The fact that I can't even come and get a sweet tea in the drive thru without them getting it wrong is ridiculous. Or when the lobby drink machine doesn't have ice and they tell you to wait for it to make more if you want it instead of giving you ice from the machine behind the counter. I will drive across town everytime just to get some basic service over coming to this location anymore.

Came about 2am from out of town. the so called manager was rude and disrespectful also how can you see all the food u just made cold while I waited 15 minutes for, all they are doing is talking and messing

Poorly run. Food is what you expect, except not very hot. We had to wipe down our own table, which was nasty. We were never greeted. Finally ordered on the kiosk. Food never delivered as instructed on kiosk. Manager blamed us for not hearing when they supposedly called the number out, despite the fact there's no intercom in the playground area. I will not return any time soon.

Rudest employees ever. Slower than a Sloth service. Won't be back.
