Denny's - St. Peters

The waitress was very nice, eating was great (the better way than I remember) T-Knoe was not cooked as ordered, but still quite delicious. the team was understated, but with a smile to serve. overall great experience.

We loved our waiter, charles! He took care of us very well and made us smile. the breakfast was delicious and the coffee was fired? my tortillas with my chorizo were a little dry and mushy with others than that we had a great experience!

That's a Denny. this is in troy, missouri. it was quite full with only one waitress and the manager was cooking. Surprisingly, the waitress has repeatedly checked us and we never had to wait very long for something. I was as surprised as they were understaffed and yet served everyone so nice that I left a larger than ordinary tipp. If you go to denny, that's a good one.

The only positive aspect of the experience was my waitress, who was friendly and accommodating; I recognized that the situation wasn't her fault. However, it was disheartening to see about 10 people waiting to place orders and another 15 waiting to be seated. When it was time to pay, I stood at the front for almost 10 minutes as the staff ignored us. Finally, I had to ask if we could settle our bill. The person who helped me was very rude. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reluctant to return. As I left, I overheard two other customers saying they felt the same way and wouldn’t come back either. It’s really disappointing.

My waitress, Kristine, was outstanding! She struck the perfect balance between checking in on us frequently to ensure our satisfaction and not being intrusive. Despite the staffing shortages today, she remained very friendly and attentive. She is a wonderful representative of Denny's!
