Cha Yes Bubble Tea - St Paul

To start off, the drinks at this restaurant are not up to par. While that may be forgivable, the overall quality has declined significantly over the past few years. What is not forgivable, however, is the rude behavior of the staff, who make patrons feel unwelcome. When I inquired about drinks with espresso to a server with black and pink hair, she curtly informed me that they only serve Vietnamese coffee since it is a Vietnamese TEA cafe. A simple "yes" would have sufficed. Additionally, when I attempted to pay with Apple Pay, she mistakenly gave me a QR code for cashapp. This was the final straw for me. I hope they provide customer service training for their staff in the future.

I ordered a large Taro with egg pudding. Absolutely delicious. Best pudding I've had in my boba tea. I'll be back

I go here everyday and the boba is AMAZING!! The service is very good! They’re so kind and sweet : And the place is SOO comfy!!!

I would love to give 5 stars, however there was a young white, blonde girl that took my order and was very rude. She kept being judgmental about my order and just being really short and rude with me. For some reason she was really obsessed with the glass bowls that they serve the shaved ice in. She told us when she gave us our order to not throw away the bowls…. which like ok, that’s fine, it was just weird. I’m not d why would I throw out a glass bowl? Then we asked for a to go tub and she screamed NO, you cannot take the bowls with you. We didn’t want to take the gosh darn bowls, we just wanted a to go tub. Then when I was leaving she screamed at me “DID YOU JUST THROW OUT THE BOWLS???” and I was like “No, I placed them down on the counter where you told me to and your coworker took them”. It was such a bizarre situation. I really did enjoy the shaved ice, and I wish I could give 5 stars but this was some of the worst customer service id ever experienced.

Avocado smoothie taste so nasty. Does not taste like Avocado eventhough real fruit is posted on the menu. Only tried it bc I thought it was as advertised. Disgusting. 2 out of the 3 drinks I bought were bad and both happened to be smoothies. Will not order smoothies here again.
