P.f. Chang's Saint Louis - St. Louis

We have booked our reservation via open table. when we arrived, the manager said we had no reservation and asked when we called. I told him I used open tables. he then said, “Oh, this is the problem!” “Open table reservations do not go to our system. do not use open table in the future, call me and I will put it in.” our waitress was friendly but very slow to be and refill drinks. we had dinner and they didn't even make the tellers clear before our escapes came. they literally tried to put our deer on our used appetizers. it was ridiculous! we had to ask three times if the dishes were cleaned. all but two of our escapes came out and we sat and waited 15 minutes until the last two came out. at this point all the others were cold from waiting for the last two. overall it was a great disappointment. I would not recommend this place at all.

The type that greeted us was in another world. I told him I had an open table reservation, but he totally ignored it. I had to turn to the open table several times to correct this situation. contacted cornelius at pf chang and he gave it to open table. I don't think that for a minute. incompetent was responsible for this.

Delicious! beautiful presentation, eating was served hot. great lunch!

Eating was good overall. my wife had the psychic, and he got away with it. I made the reservation with opentable and the host told me that I have no reservation. we've been through this. the waiter was less than motivated and more interested in talks with colleagues than for his customers.

Arrived at 9PM...not a lot of tables with people. Waiter took a while to show up, but took our drink and apps order right away...came back maybe 5 minutes later with water served out of a steel pitcher that tasted like it had been there all day. Limes helped. Waiter had recited his overly dramatic and extremely loud schpiel initially telling us about the 700-degree works and how fast they cooked. Another 19 minutes and the appetizers came out...and nowhere near 700 degrees! And still no drinks. So, waiter retrieves the drinks then I guess he was planning to dash again...but we weren't in for a 3-hour meal, so we ordered. Spare ribs were tough. Pot-stickers above-average at best. Finished the apps and two metallic waters later the entrees showed up. Not 700 degrees. Beef was chewy...sauce was good. The fried cauliflower wasn't prepared well...very bitter. We pressed on. Waiter was more interested in taking new orders and processing checks than actually serving and it showed. Finally came back, tried to up sell another 20-minute drink, brought to-go boxes, and we left. Walking to our car we noticed the manager and another co-worker hanging out in a booth and three more employees in full uniform standing outside in the receiving alcove smoking. It's no wonder everything took so long: nobody works at this place! Won't go back. Wouldn't recommend this particular PF Chang's to anyone.
