Jimmy John's - St. Louis

This was my first visit to a Jimmy John's. I informed the cashier of this, but they were not very helpful. It seems similar to Subway, where you dictate how you want your order made. In short, I ordered the Pepe sandwich. When I got into my car and opened it, I realized there was no ham or cheese. I went back inside to let the cashier know, but they did not seem to acknowledge the mistake. I handed the sandwich back to the sandwich maker and expressed my disappointment. This experience will likely be my first and last visit to this establishment. I understand mistakes can happen in this industry, but it's important to address and solve them promptly. I have been in the industry for over 12 years, so I know the importance of customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, the sandwich itself was not enjoyable and I was unable to finish it. Overall, it was a waste of $7.

Jimmy Johns is absolutely fantastic. If you're in the mood for a delicious lunch sandwich, Jimmy Johns never disappoints.

The restaurant consistently takes over 30-60 minutes to deliver, even though it is less than 4 minutes away. The driver never seems to be in a hurry when they arrive at my building. The sandwich is never made correctly and always arrives lukewarm.

(EDIT: For the first time in a while again ordered and I got my sandwich within 15 minutes. You really fell! Changed to 4 stars. Not 5 because of previous orders over one hour) Original check: 2 stars. Has ordered over an hour for delivery in the last 3 times online. Very disappointing because I worked 5 minutes away from this place and loved the convenience in the past.

Great sandwiches, but I enjoy a good pickle with my lunch and a while back the pickles at this location changed. The flavor was different. No longer tasted just right to me. But a big fresh pickle whole, quartered, or halved is a nice addition to an unwich. So I got used to the flavor change. Today was different. I get my to go order back to my truck and open up my pickle; it different again. Smaller than normal, and as I get mine quartered, I pull a quarter out of the paper it?s wrapped in and it?s bruised, discolored and in appetizing. I bring it back into the store. They cut another... same thing. They get another and one of the ladies says she found a good one but I can?t see her cut it. I?m done. Refund please. Th y were nice enough to refund my order but I am a little put off as they defended the gross pickles.
