Sunset Grill - St. Catharines

I've been to other locations, but I wanted to give this one a try. Unfortunately, the food disappointed. The pancakes were overcooked, and the eggs were undercooked, which didn't meet my expectations. While the waitress was friendly, the quality of the cooking really fell short. I also noticed that other customers were voicing complaints about their meals too.

I've been to several Sunset Grill locations, and this one is the worst by far. The service was just average, and my omelet came without feta cheese. When I mentioned this, they told me that this is their standard preparation.

The service was outstanding, and the food was delightful. While the French toast had a bit of an eggy flavor that didn't completely suit my palate, it was still a wonderful dining experience overall.

There is ample parking available directly in front of the restaurant. Regarding wheelchair accessibility, there are two entrances: one from the street and another from the mall, both of which are designed to be wheelchair-friendly.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was served cold, the service was very slow, and not all of our orders were brought to the table until we asked the server for the syrup. We also didn’t receive any compensation for the issues we encountered; we were simply told that they were busy and the server wasn't in the right frame of mind. I won’t be returning! This is actually my very first restaurant review!
