Lai King Restaurant - St. Catharines

Food is always fresh. owners are very nice people and food is super delicious! you can choose from buffet or you can order off the menu. You can order individual meals or you can order family meals, always left overs to take home.

The restaurant was nothing to write home about. I would have preferred getting Chinese takeout from a mall food court instead.

I really enjoy their Seafood Chow Mein (it has a very subtle taste with a thin white sauce) and Ma Bo Tofu. However, the restaurant is excessively cold in the winter.

This restaurant is not authentic Chinese. The Gong Bao Chicken with zucchini and broccoli did not appeal to either authentic Chinese flavors or Canadian palates.

I get takeout from here a few times a month-always excellent.They have Chinese and Thai. Can also dine inside and they have a buffet as well at certain hours.
