Boston Pizza - St. Albert

I ordered a small Boston royal pizza from this location and will never order from this place again. I found a bug crawling in my pizza, so my daughter called store and all manager can do is tell me to call skip. This wasn’t the first mistake but will be my last from this location as manager showed total disregard from my experience.

I 've dined at this Boston Pizza numerous times over the years. Typically for lunch and has generally been excellent service and food fare. We took our grandsons out for dinner on a weekend night and frankly it was sub par. The wait staff were friendly but noticeably hurried . Appeared to be not enough staff for the crowds. 2 of the 4 dishes

The service was very friendly and efficient. The pizza and chicken wings were delicious. The place was crowded. Our only complaint was a young child who screamed at the top of her voice almost constantly while the parents were contentedly eating their pizza.

We ate supper here on our trip thru alberta..pasta food we ordered was excellent and great atmosphere..nothing more to say..recommended

This is a typical BP's We usually hang out at Bar side watch games have a few pints etc. Order the pizza etc the Boston Royal or a Brute. Wings are good. But its fun other than the food is just average for the most part. The staff waitresses are great thou.
