Miller Carter - St Albans

A birthday lunch with my son. A local family friend recommended M&C. We were looking forward to the 50 day aged steaks in the Butcher's Block. We were not disappointed. The fillet steak in particular was sublime. Beata was jolly, welcoming, helpful and attentive. She brought an impromptu decorated birthday ice cream with a candle which was a lovely touch. The decor is traditional, the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, the food was delicious and we shall surely return.

The food was excellent and the service was terrific. I had a fantastic evening here with my sons. A special thank you to Beata, who was fantastic!

Fantastic service (as always) from the wonderful Beata, we hadn’t been in for months and she remembered all of our preferences and always makes us feel so welcome. Pleasure to dine out with service like hers and quality food.

Server lucie was lovely, very smiley and professional: place was busy but service was very quick!!!
