Mcdonald's - Springfield

This McDonald’s could use a more experienced night crew. tomorrow is quite consistent and good eating. evenings have some incredibly long waiting times and workers who use profanity with the running thru window opening etc. very disappointing plus sat in the car ride thru for over 20 minutes.

After a treacherous week of post-wissness to remove teeth, all I wanted was a Shamrock shake. I just had the doctor put in a couple of heartbreaking things. I have dry plugs. first I thought that nothing could make the pain I had just attacked, but then I happened to mcdonalds. I saw the Shamrock-Shake sign that glittered through the window. I immediately started drowning. I knew I had to have this magic milkshake in my mouth as soon as possible. So I went to the mcdonalds on sunshine to make my dreams come true. the first red flag I experienced was the hating dame that worked the drive through the window. but nothing wanted to shoot my blase when I wanted to forgive a delicious Shamrock shake. but my second red flag was destructive. as they know, they can't use a straw after they get their teeth out, so I asked for a spoon. that was no problem at all, and I got the spoon I requested. the first three bites of this shake were great, you could even say incredible, but then I was overloaded with pure terror. as I scrub the perfect spoon of shaking on my spoon, I discovered what I hope was just a whispering,- whispering or bart hair. this experience was extremely heartbreak, it not only ruined my appetit, but it ruined my day. I had to throw away the poor shamrock. the disappointed me deeply, it caused my blase to burst. my heart is no longer full and my dear to a beautiful Shamrock shake has disappeared.

They do not always get their order wrong, but if they do, they will fix it for them no problem. and they do not know that they get the burned charge of fries; they could be insensitive, but my meemaw says they have a lot of luck!

They have a rewarding system on their app along with many valuable credits. I’ve never been one to use apps for fast eating since they are already a cheap option, but mcdonald’s really does it right. they make it easy to pull good notes and add to their reward system easily. not to mention the rewards are better than they expect, as well as easy to earn and use. full app!

I have been going here all week and don't know why it takes so long in the drive through. I use to work there many years ago and we had a standard we went by. . . 3 minutes. It's been taking at least 5 to 10 minutes, every time. The workers need to figure out why it takes so long. They need to step up the game and figure out how they can speed up the service. You have the double drive, it should NOT take more than at least 4 minutes to process each customer.
