Domino's Pizza - Springfield

We ordered dinner from them and confirmed beforehand that there would be no bacon in the chicken. However, when we got home, we discovered it was loaded with bacon.

Make an online order pay for it and then find out that they do not have the product in stock . All I can say is damn good place to start a pizza place

It's not the place so must as the new online ordering app. It totally sucks. Have to click stuff over and over. Doesn't recognize a coupon offer. Says you don't have to log in, but you have to give all your info even in guest mode. By the time you are done you don't know what you ordered and most of the time it ends up being wrong. For example the first time I pushed all the buttons to order my pizza I was fresh and chose all the right options. It didn't give me the coupon price so I had to delete, search for coupon, nope too late. Close the app and start over. Then it detailed to thicker crust. Yuk, needs extra sauce. I didn't notice. Wanted thin crust, no extra sauce needed. What did I end up with? Very dry hand tossed pizza. Ate one piece and threw it away.In the past few months it has let me go through all the steps to place order, then tells me the place is closed.DP, your new app sucks.

I cannot stay connected, to the store, by telephone. Each, and everytime I've, been put, on hold and, no one ever acknowledge my calls

When we called to ask why our order was canceled, we reached a recording stating that Domino's was closed. We called again and had to raise our voices just to get the employee to listen – he almost hung up on us because we were seeking a refund. He insisted that we were outside their delivery area, despite being less than a mile and a half away. If they were indeed closing at 10:00 p.m., why did they take our order in the first place? And if we were not within the delivery area, why did we even get to that point? This experience is incredibly frustrating, and I plan to speak with a manager tomorrow because this is just unacceptable.
