Taco Bell - Spartanburg

I was l, once again, disappointed. Just sadly, no one cares about simply reading an order and placing those items in a bag together at the time it's ordered. The girls were very nice, but how hard can it be?? The quality of the food is even worse. Broken to pieces hard taco shells, burnt at the bottom and barely heated at the top. And this is their NEW MENU????They didn't even place the sauce that comes with the order in the bag, not to mention the extra ones I paid for. It's the same at most fast food restaurants these days, though, sadly. I don't know why I keep thinking things will change, or maybe I'll get lucky this time. It's EVERY TIME I GET FAST FOOD. I MUST BE THE PROBLEM??? Smh....

Pizza uncooked soggy slam full of beans. Hard tacos strange mix of soggy and stale. Chicken Flatbread hard as a rock and they pulled us toward to wait 10 min for that. The ladies were friendly just not good at there

Ordered crunch wrap , it was soggy NO Crunch. Also 2 quesadillas that were way over cooked close to Burnt.Will not go back again.
